We got new snow last week so I decided to bring some in for G to play with.

First, he just looked at it.


Then, he tried to see if this mysterious stuff would move if he tilted the bin, trying to get the snow out...

and finally he touched it.

Afterwards, he tried to dump it out again.

When all of his testing was done, he decided it was fun to play with snow!

I decided to take a video of G walking in his favorite shoes. They squeak and he loves them! I got some bonus footage of him showing off at the end of the video.

Fun at the Farm

This past Saturday G and I drove down to the family farm to surprise my parents and Grandma. We had a great time!

We were super excited that the Ericksons came to Duluth to visit! We missed you Anna!

Grant's First Birthday Party!

We started the night with some yummy dinner.

Then G had a blast opening presents!

We had a dog themed party because Grant likes to say woof when he sees dogs. You can hear him on this video.

The party was a blast and we are blessed to have a wonderful one year old!

This little guy turned one today!

Last night as Jeff and I went to bed we realized that one year ago we were leaving for the hospital and coming back with a baby! We can hardly believe that G is already a year old. He is walking and is just so big!
